PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which exhibits sufficient adhesion to an adherend before heat treatment and also is easily removable from the adherend without exerting an excess force after the heat treatment, and which can more efficiently process the adherend.;SOLUTION: The removable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is disclosed, which includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition including a thermally expandable microsphere, a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a tackifier resin, and a crosslinking agent, which does not include a substrate, and also at least one surface of which is a contact surface with the adherend. In the removable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet: 180° peel force from a polyimide film at 60°C is 1.8-4.0 N/25 mm; a ratio of the area (S2) of the contact surface when heated at a temperature of the thermal expansion temperature of the thermally expandable microsphere plus 20 to 60°C, to the area (S1) of the contact surface, (S2)/(S1), is 2.0-4.0; and the thickness is 35-55 μm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
