PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce transportation time, transportation cost or a carbon footprint when quantity-limited goods are sold or transferred.SOLUTION: A commodity search server of this invention comprises: a WEB server to communicate with a commodity exhibition terminal and a commodity search terminal; a control unit to manage exhibition, search and order; a clock to hold and to return current time; an exhibition DB to accumulate information of an exhibited commodity, registration time, latitude and longitude of a registration place and an address of a registrant; and a mail server to transmit a notice of order. With this composition, a searcher whom a distance from an exhibitor is nearer can get access of an order earlier, by displaying an exhibit of an entry only when a distance (in kilometer [km]) from an entry register place (an indication place of an exhibition processing) to a search place (indication place of a search processing) is within the square of an elapsed time (in hour [H]) from entry registration (registration time) to search (search time).
