PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for constructing a cast-in-place pile that is low-cost and saves trouble in a site where the groundwater level is high.;SOLUTION: At a position corresponding to an outer periphery of a cast-in-place pile 30, a plurality of soil cement columns 11 are constructed such that lower ends thereof reach a depth lower than the groundwater level and do not reach a depth corresponding to a lower end of the cast-in-place pile 30, and a soil cement wall 10 composed of the plurality of soil cement columns 11 connected to each other annularly is constructed. A drilled hole is formed by drilling a ground 1 while filled with a stabilizing liquid down to a depth corresponding to the lower end of the cast-in-place pile 30 through inside the soil cement wall 10, an iron-reinforced cage is arranged in the drilled hole, and concrete 15 is case into the drilled hole.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
