PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate conditions when a guided vehicle system is operated along a production plan such a semiconductor or the like.SOLUTION: A virtual production plan at a processing device is managed. A travel plan to a virtual guided vehicle is prepared in accordance with the production plan. A travel schedule expressing the position and the velocity of the virtual guided vehicle as a function of time is prepared in accordance with the prepared travel plan. In accordance with the travel schedule, the virtual guided vehicle is traveled so as to avoid interference between the guided vehicles in accordance with the constraints of the actual guided vehicle system.
