PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric mobile body charging system capable of performing authentication processing even when a charging device is not connected to a network.SOLUTION: A quick charging system 1 comprises a quick charger 10, a portable communication terminal 20, and a server device 30. The quick charger 10 comprises a radio communication part 17 which transmits user information and charger information to the portable communication terminal 20 according to a radio LAN standard, and receives an authentication result of the server device 30. The portable communication terminal 20 comprises: a first radio communication part 21 for communicating with the quick charger 10 according to the radio LAN standard; and a second radio communication part 22 for communicating with the server device 30 through a network 5 belonging to a communication carrier according to a communication standard of a mobile phone. The server device 30 comprises: a management information accumulation part 33 for accumulating management information; and a code collation part 35 for collating the accumulated management information, and the user information and charger information.
