PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulative polyimide film which has excellent light shielding property and insulating property, and excellent design property, and to provide a coverlay film and a flexible printed wiring board, obtained by using the film.;SOLUTION: The insulative polyimide film contains a black color pigment having a primary particle diameter of 20-500 nm and a filler, and is characterized in that total light transmittance is ≤5% when the thickness of the film is 12.5 μm, glossiness is ≤5%, and volume resistivity is ≥2×10¹⁶Ω×cm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
