PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prime mover operating by a pressure difference between atmospheric pressure and a vacuum in a cylinder.;SOLUTION: A rotary blade 1 is arranged in both openings of the cylinder 6 by inserting a shaft bar 2 attached with two rotary blades 1 into a bearing 3 with the center of the cylinder 6 as the axis, an ejector 4 for removing inside air of the cylinder 6 is installed on a central side surface of the cylinder 6, jetting water 5 for the ejector 4 is used as the jetting water 5 of converting falling water from an elevated spot into water column pressure of 50 m=5 kg/cm2, and an inside vacuum 8 is formed by removing air of a central part of the cylinder 6. As a result of it, the outside of the rotary blades 1 is atmospheric pressure of 1 kg/cm2, and the inside is the inside vacuum 8, the rotary blades 1 cause rotation by this pressure difference, and the vacuum using prime mover is provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
