PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection penetration unit of intake and exhaust piping for a shelter emergency ventilator for easily and economically installing a shelter emergency ventilator in existing structures and all structures under construction planning and to provide an assembling and connecting method.;SOLUTION: A through-hole ground hole 2 provided on a structure wall body 1 is tucked with an intake and exhaust piping connection part unit 6 having a small diameter piping connection penetration member 22 from one side and a pulling and fixing unit 7 from the other side. An intake and exhaust through-hole 3 is formed by tucking the structure wall body 1 with position restriction wall face plates 12 of both units which are being pulled each other by a single or a plurality of pulling and fixing axial members 8. The ventilator intake and exhaust piping connection part 14 of the intake and exhaust piping connection part unit 6 is connected with a shelter emergency ventilator having a gas filter 31 for the shelter emergency ventilator.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
