PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof metal case having a bottom plate 2, and a plurality of side plates 3 and 4 standing around rim of the bottom plate 2; in which the side plates 3 and the side plates 4 are neighboring and contacting with each other at corners of the rim of the bottom plate 2 so as to form case corners 5; which can be waterproofed without weather-strip resin application inside the case corners 5 therefore manufacture with high efficiency at low cost can be realized.;SOLUTION: The waterproof metal case comprises compacted junctions 7 at the case corners 5.
