PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of extracting a tyrosinase inhibitor using apples and Sasa kurilensis of natural substances which can be inexpensively supplied in large quantities. PSOLUTION: The method of extracting a tyrosinase inhibitor incldues obtaining a tyrosinase inhibition activator from an extract fluid obtained by subjecting apple secondary residues and Sasa kurilensis to high-pressure pressing. Particularly, the method includes mixing apples secondary residues with long fibers obtained by pulverizing Sasa kurilensis and subjecting the pulverized Sasa kurilensis to high-pressure pressing and subjecting the resulting mixture to high-pressure pressing at normal temperatures, condensing the obtained juice at 50-60°C under reduced pressure, and obtaining the tyrosinase inhibition activator, or the method includes pulverizing the leaves, branches, and culms of Sasa kurilensis alone to a length of about 1-50 mm, subjecting the pulverized Sasa kurilensis to high-pressure pressing without heating to obtain a green pressed fluid, heating the obtained pressed fluid at 90-100°C for about 2-4 minutes to remove a coagulated portion, condensing the fluid after heating at 60-80°C under reduced pressure to obtain a colorless transparent fluid, and obtaining the tyrosinase inhibition activator from a distillate of the colorless transparent fluid.
