PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable each base to individually process a screen image displayed at two or more bases in common.;SOLUTION: Conference servers 10 and 20 operate in cooperation with each other, and touch panel display devices 11 and 21 display the same content. An attribute designation processing part 32 displays a pull-down menu corresponding to one of the drawing objects screen-displayed in some site to make a user select an attribute from in the menu to receive the attribute set to the drawing object. An information management part 34 sets and registers information about the drawing object containing the set attribute information to a drawing object information storage part 37. An attribute information processing part 33 informs the other sites or setting of the attribute.
