PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell unit which reduces use of expensive materials, simplifies manufacturing processes, improves module efficiency and achieves further weight reduction.;SOLUTION: The solar cell unit includes: a plurality of crystal based solar cells; a hardened material made of a connection member and a film like adhesive which electrically connect the solar cells with each other; and a filler layer for protecting at least a surface of a light-receiving side of the solar cell, in which the respective solar cells are electrically connected without interposing a bus bar electrode, and the hardened material made of the film like adhesive having an anisotropic conductivity by containing polymeric resin and conductive particles.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
