PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a caloric intake to be simply and accurately estimated.;SOLUTION: A process after a meal includes the following sequential steps of: displaying images before the meal, more specifically, the images formed by imaging food products of which caloric values after the meal are not estimated in the food products of which caloric values before the meal are estimated and causing a user to select any one thereof, a step S381; displaying icons of "input a meal amount" and "image after a meal" upon receiving selection of any one of the images and causing the user to select any one thereof, a step S382; estimating the caloric value of the food product after the meal when the icon of "image after a meal" is selected by the user, a step S383; and calculating a caloric intake for the food product selected in the step S381 by subtracting the caloric value estimated in the step S383 from the caloric value before the meal estimated beforehand for the food product selected in the step S381, a step S386.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
