PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring-control system for railway electrical facilities that is capable of reliable detection of any power failure section of a railway electric power supply line.;SOLUTION: A monitoring-control system 1 for railway electrical facilities for monitoring and controlling electrical facilities of a railway electric power supply line 4 via a network 3 comprises a monitoring-control apparatus 2 that detects, on the basis of remote-controlled equipment status information indicating the status of remote-controlled equipment 9 placed under remote control and non-remote-controlled equipment status information indicating the status of non-remote-controlled equipment 10 not placed under remote control, any power failure section of an electric train line 7 and any power failure section of a high-voltage power distribution line 8 for supplying electric power to equipment along the line; and a remote control slave station 6 that is installed in a transformer substation or substations 5 for supplying electric power to one or both of the electric train line 7 and the high-voltage power distribution line 8 and transmits remote-controlled equipment status information to the monitoring-control apparatus 2 via the network 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
