PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melanocyte differentiation-inducing promotor having differentiation-inducing activity from a stem cell to melanocyte.;SOLUTION: There are disclosed: the melanocyte differentiation-inducing promotor containing a barley extract as an effective component; a method for promoting differentiation induction of melanocyte including a process of culturing a stem cell in the presence of the differentiation-inducing promotor; further a composition including the melanocyte differentiation-inducing promotor for ameliorating or treating dyschromatosis, gray hair or hearing impairment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
