PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic recognition processing system and the like capable of inexpensively, highly accurately and automatically recognizing multiple types of objects.;SOLUTION: When a camera that is an imaging unit 25 is started, an information processing terminal 3 receives a flicker period of an illuminant 11 from a server 5, sets it, and starts video recording of an object 9. The information processing terminal 3 generates a difference image 32 from previously/next captured images 31 to perform a symbol recognition process and determines whether or not there are four symbol candidates in the difference image 32. When a recognition result of the symbol recognition process is succeeded, the information processing terminal 3 extracts a recognition area 33 from the difference image 32 and transmits it to the server 5. The server 5 performs a database query process of the recognition area 33 received from the information processing terminal 3.
