PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make treatment easy by reducing the volume of a cement-containing muddy substance by separating and removing a cement component along with silt from the cement-containing muddy substance.;SOLUTION: After lowering a specific gravity by adding diluting water to the cement-containing muddy substance, sorting is carried out step by step. Although the quantity of the cement-containing muddy substance is increased once by adding the diluting water, finally the cement component can be effectively separated and removed with the silt from the cement-containing muddy substance, the volume of the cement-containing muddy substance can be effectively reduced, the muddy water which can be used as excavating muddy water can be regenerated from the remaining part from which the cement component is separated and removed to the extent where the remaining part is not solidified.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
