Drainage processing method and drainage processing equipment of grease trap

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform drainage treatment simple in operation and using a liquid agent which hardly causes pollution.;SOLUTION: This drainage treatment method returns drainage while pumping up it from a grease trap by supplying a liquid saponification agent to the drainage, mixing and stirring it, and making it as a saponified liquid, or discharges it to the outside of the trap. In this case, the drainage or the saponified liquid is returned to the grease trap or discharged to the outside of the trap after passing through a filter having a decoloring and deodorizing function. The drainage treatment device includes a pump-up pump which pumps up the drainage in the grease trap, and a treatment agent vessel, and can make it as the saponified liquid while sucking the drainage by the pump-up pump by supplying the liquid saponification agent to the drainage and mixing and stirring it by the pump-up pump.
