PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather variation information providing system that can visualize and provide information capable of being used for predicting weather variations such as a downburst occurring in facilities where a flying object takes-off and lands in real-time, and further to provide a weather variation information providing method, a weather variation information providing program and a recording medium.SOLUTION: A weather variation information providing system 1 includes: a plurality of atmospheric pressure measuring devices 2 disposed in a dispersed manner in a taking-off/landing region including a target position from/to which a flying object takes-off and lands; and a data processor 4. The data processor 4 includes: an atmospheric pressure data acquiring section 32 for acquiring atmospheric pressure data from individual ones of the plurality of atmospheric pressure measuring devices 2; and a weather variation information generating section 34 for generating information related to local weather variations occurring due to a change in atmospheric pressure on the basis of the atmospheric pressure data acquired by the atmospheric pressure data acquiring section 32. The weather variation information generating section 34 generates time series image information representing atmospheric pressure distribution in the taking-off/landing region as at least a part of the information related to the weather variations.
