URETHANE FOAM MOLDING, CLOTHING PAD FORMED OF THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE URETHANE FOAM MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the practicality of a urethane foam molding and that of a clothing pad formed of the urethane foam molding.;SOLUTION: This sheet-like urethane foam molding undergoing skinning treatment and having 5-35 cells/25 mm is applied with pressure treatment onto the surface in a heating condition and formed to have air permeability (JIS L 1096:2010 A method) of ≥125 cc/cm³/sec. Air permeability and water permeability in the whole urethane foam molding can be improved by the skinning treatment, and also bring down projections of cells on the surface by the pressure treatment in a heating condition to form the urethane foam molding with smooth surface. As a result of this, the practicality of the urethane foam molding and the clothing pad formed of the urethane foam molding can be improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
