P To provide a dynamic characteristics measuring device for supplying a precision voltage to a plurality of specimens and measuring them. PSOLUTION: This dynamic characteristics measuring device includes a precision POWER source (10) for supplying a constant voltage (E), and a measuring device (20) including a strain gage and a bridge circuit measuring an output voltage (v) of the specimen (1). In the device and the constant voltage (E) by the precision POWER source is supplied to POWER source voltage terminals (X1 and X2) of the bridge circuit and relative to the specimen (1), and while changing continuously an external force applied to the strain gage and an output voltage of the bridge circuit is measured dynamically. Wiring for connecting output terminals (-, +) of the precision POWER source (10) to the POWER source voltage terminals (X1 and X2) of the specimen (1) is branched in the middle and thereby one precision POWER source (10) becomes able to supply the constant voltage (E) to the POWER source voltage terminals (X1 and X2) of the plurality of specimens (1).
