Influenza infection prevention clean booth, and virus infection prevention method

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infection prevention booth for reliably suppressing infection of influenza by a relatively simple structure. PSOLUTION: The infection prevention booth includes: an enclosing body for forming a clean booth having a doorway in a building; an exhaust outlet provided on the enclosing body; an air blower having a blowing port for supplying an air flow which is purified through a filter and flows approximately in the horizontal direction to the exhaust outlet inside of a chamber of the clean booth; and a humidity adjusting device for keeping humidity inside the chamber of the clean booth at least at approximately 50% RH. A mist of particles containing influenza viruses dispersed from a fixed position for a patient in the chamber of the clean booth is discharged from the exhaust outlet to the outside of the chamber of the clean booth after being retained in the chamber of the clean booth for a period exceeding approximately 3 seconds.
