PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freshness calculation device, a freshness calculation method and a program which can calculate information indicating a level of possibility of deviation from a true context regarding observation information to be provided.;SOLUTION: A freshness calculation device comprises: first information gathering means to acquire first context information which is observation information about first context; second information gathering means to acquire second context information which is observation information about second context whose variation has a linkage with alternation of the first context; and freshness value calculation means to calculate a freshness value indicating a level of possibility of deviation from the true first context at a time point to provide the first context information on the basis of at least observation accuracy of the first context information and the variation of the second context.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
