PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for detecting substances released from a cell which detects a concentration distribution of nucleotide-related chemical substances released from the cell, on a cellular tissue, and an immobilized enzyme substrate for detecting substances released from a cell.;SOLUTION: A cellular tissue S is placed on a transparent substrate 10 on which GAPDH (glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase) is immobilized. ATP (Adenosine-5'-triphosphate) on the surface of the cellular tissue S is consumed under the presence of GAP (glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate) and NAD+ to produce NADH (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide). Evanescent wave L2 is generated on the surface of the transparent substrate 10 by irradiation light from a light source unit 7 provided on a side of the transparent substrate 10 to fluorescently emit a portion near the transparent substrate 10, namely, NADH on the surface of the cellular tissue S. A reaction system is thus designed, so that ATP that is the nucleotide can be detected with fluorescence radiated by a fluorescent substance (NADH) generated by the reaction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
