PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a printing label while switching variable printing information in accordance with time without increasing a labor burden on an operator.;SOLUTION: In this printing label preparing device 1, a plurality of templates TP each having common fixed printing information and the different variable printing information are acquired while switched with respect to each time division predetermined in accordance with time measurement results from a timer 201.
