PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation system in which both of system reliability and energy saving performance can be achieved in a high level by optimizing an input of a heater of a carbon monoxide converter.SOLUTION: In the present embodiment, a control unit 22 computes a preset temperature of a heater 12b of a carbon monoxide converter 12 on the basis of the cumulative power generation time of a fuel cell 21, and computes an input of the heater so that the computed preset temperature is achieved, and controls the heater of the carbon monoxide converter on the basis of the computed input of the heater.
