PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ear hooked earphone unit for preventing the deviation of a wearing position, and also to provide an ear hook arm for the earphone unit. PSOLUTION: The elastic ear hook arm 105 includes, by integral molding: an upper auxiliary arm 106 to be abutted onto the upper part of an ear shell root 301 of a user at a place upper than the attachment position of an earphone body 101 in the ear hook arm 105 when the unit is used; and a lower auxiliary arm 107 to be abutted onto the lower part of the ear shell root 301 of the user at a place lower than the attachment position of the earphone body 101 in the ear hook arm 105. Consequently, The ear shell root 301 is held and supported from upper and lower parts between the upper auxiliary arm 106 and the lower auxiliary arm 107 when the unit is used, thereby preventing the deviation of the wearing position.
