Control method of the on-board ticket machine and the in-vehicle ticket gate

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly assist boarding/alighting in an in-vehicle ticket examination machine arranged at an entrance, and configured to cooperate with the opening/closing of the entrance/exit door at the entrance. PSOLUTION: A central processing part 110 controls a ticket processing part 121 for alighting and a ticket processing part 122 for boarding whose state is changed between an out-of-service state and an in-service state. The central processing part 110 controls the ticket processing part 121 for alighting and the ticket processing part 122 for boarding by switching at least two modes: (1) alighting priority mode for enabling the ticket processing part 121 for alighting and for disabling the ticket processing part 122 for boarding; and (2) boarding/alighting acceptance mode for enabling both the ticket processing part 121 for alighting and the ticket processing part 122 for boarding, and disabling one of them when a ticket is accepted by the other ticket processing part.
