PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently manufacturing an inorganic material-polymer composite molding with a molding machine and the inorganic material-polymer composite molding manufactured by the method. PSOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the inorganic material-polymer composite molding includes: a process in which a polymer, carbon dioxide, and a metallic compound are compatibilized under high pressure to form a single-phase molten material; a process for lowering temperature of the molten material as the compatible state is maintained; a process for decreasing pressure of the molten material to phase separate a homogeneous phase mixture of the carbon dioxide and the metallic compound from the polymer; and a process for further decreasing the pressure to phase separate the carbon dioxide and the metallic compound in the polymer, and diffusing the carbon dioxide out of the polymer to disperse the metallic compound into the polymer.
