PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain composition for ultra-high strength mortar or ultra-high strength concrete which has prescribed flowability and exhibits excellent workability even in the case when an ultra-high strength hardened material is produced by setting the water/binder ratio to be 0.2. PSOLUTION: The composition for the ultra-high strength mortar contains portland cement (A), fly ash having a BET specific surface area of 2 to 5 mSP2/SP/g (B), water (C), and a cement dispersant (D). In the composition, the mass ratio of the portland cement (A) to the fly ash (B) is 90/10 to 70/30, the ratio of water (C) to binders (A)+(B) is 0.1-0.2, and the cement dispersant (D) contains a polycarboxylic acid-based dispersant.
