PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an existing foundation reinforcement method allowing, of course, a "construction method without temporary building" with improved environmental friendliness and less noise and the like, and capable of strengthening an existing foundation by fixing reinforcement iron plates to foundation beam parts simply and surely in a narrow place, and an existing foundation reinforcement structure.SOLUTION: An existing foundation reinforcement method comprises: an anchor insertion hole opening step for opening a plurality of anchor insertion holes 11a1 in a side face 11a of each foundation beam part 11 at predetermined intervals in a longitudinal direction; a reinforcement iron plate installation step for installing long reinforcement iron plates 61 each with an anchor body insertion hole 611 opened and washer-like reinforcement iron plates 62 each with an anchor body insertion hole 621 opened; an anchor installation step for installing anchor bodies 4 of adhesion system hole-in anchors; and a reinforcement iron plate fixing step for mounting nuts 82 to heads of the anchor bodies 4 of the adhesion system hole-in anchors, respectively, and fixing the long reinforcement iron plates 61 and the washer-like reinforcement iron plates 62 to the foundation beam part 11 by fastening the nuts 82, respectively.
