PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery cell state notification unit capable of being easily used commonly among plural battery packs having the different number of battery cells, a bus bar module and a battery pack having the battery cell state notification unit and a battery cell state monitoring system having the battery cell state notification unit.SOLUTION: A battery cell state notification unit 39 includes plural sub units 40 corresponding to each battery cell 21 having a predetermined number of units. Each of the sub units 40 generates battery cell state information of a digital signal including information on a state of the battery cell 21 corresponding to the sub unit 40 on the basis of cell voltage signal corresponding to an interelectrode voltage output from a bus bar 32 and a terminal fitting 33 and a cell temperature signal corresponding to a voltage output from a temperature sensor 34. The battery cell state information is transmitted to an external battery cell state monitoring unit 60.
