PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package enabling transportation of a product without being damaged by determining a performance value of the film frame of the returnable box for a compact precision device to calculate the weight of the compact precision device, the weight being the basis for an optimal cushioning effect of the film frame, and specifying the range of the weight.;SOLUTION: When fixing elastic films to upper and lower film frames 30 and 50, the elastic films are stuck to the erection surfaces of the upper and the lower frames by using two-sided tapes. The elastic films are uniformly stuck to the erection surfaces of the frames by being diagonally bent inside to be fixed to four corners and then stuck on the entire circumference. The angles of the erection surfaces of the frames when the elastic films are stuck to the erection surfaces of the frames are within the range of 2° to 8° measured from the centers of the frames, and an optimal angle is 5°.
