PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve uniformity of a tire by suppressing deformation of a core body caused by thermal expansion during vulcanization.;SOLUTION: A plurality of core segments that form the core body are each formed of an outer segment part on the outer side in the radial direction, that is made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, and that has high thermal expansion, and an inner segment part on the inner side in the radial direction, that is made of a stainless steel alloy, that is attached to the outer segment part, has low thermal expansion. In the core body of a normal temperature state before heating, the core segments adjacent to each other in the peripheral direction have no gap between the end faces of the inner segment parts in the peripheral direction and have a gap G for thermal expansion between the end faces of the outer segment parts in the peripheral direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
