PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cultivation apparatus suitable for fungal bed cultivation of mushroom, especially, jar cultivation, bag cultivation, and box cultivation, and to be used for easily and evenly making mushroom carpophores and separating a mushroom carpophore part and a culture medium part when harvesting mushrooms, and to provide an easy mushroom cultivation method using the cultivation apparatus. PSOLUTION: A fungus scratching sheet of hypha passing properties, and a harvesting sheet of hypha passing properties, to be used in fungal bed cultivation of mushroom are each provided. The method of fungal bed cultivation for mushrooms using the sheets is also provided. It is possible to obtain carpophores of an even and well-proportioned good shape and easily perfectly separate a mushroom and a culture medium by the cultivation method.
