PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deck liftable work pontoon superior in working efficiency, stability and safety, by enabling carrying and building-up, by mounting an ocean wind power generation facility such as a monopile or tower integrated wind turbine, under a severe oceanographic phenomenon-meteorological phenomenon of the ocean.SOLUTION: The deck liftable work pontoon 1 includes a pontoon body 2, and a plurality of legs 3, 3, ... for liftably moving the pontoon body 2 by a hydraulic jack-up system. In the deck liftable work pontoon 1, a building-up device 5 movably holding the monopile or tower integrated wind turbine 4 on a deck of the pontoon body 2 in a rising-up/falling-down state or an obliquely rising-up/falling-down state and freely building up from the rising-up/falling-down state or the obliquely rising-up/falling-down state, is arranged on the deck of the pontoon body 2. The building-up device 5 includes: a base frame 12 for freely traveling on a guide rail 11 laid on the deck of the pontoon body 2; and a support leader frame 14 supported by the base frame 12 so as to freely build up and detachably holding the monopile or tower integrated wind turbine 4.
