PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing radically polymerizable block copolymer usable as a surface modifier exhibiting high liquid repellency and a production method thereof and to provide an actinic-radiation-curable resin composition using the fluorine-containing radically polymerizable block copolymer.
