PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing radically polymerizing copolymer having a not more than 6C alkyl fluoride group, which exerts equivalent to or higher water and oil repellency than a surface modifier having a not less than 8C alkyl fluoride group, a method of manufacturing the same and an active energy ray-curing resin composition using the copolymer.;SOLUTION: The 1-6C fluorine-containing radically polymerizing copolymer has a dispersion degree (Mw/Mn), which is the ratio of weight average molecular weight (Mw) to number average molecular weight (Mn), of not higher than 1.5, and is obtained by reacting a compound (B) having a functional group, which forms a bond reacting with a reactive group of copolymer (A), and a radically polymerizing unsaturated group, with the reactive group of copolymer (A) which is obtained by copolymerization of a radically polymerizing unsaturated monomer (a1) having 1-6C alkyl fluoride group and a radically polymerizing unsaturated monomer (a2) having the reactive group.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
