PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To activate a local community by combining information-collecting activity of individuals with communication in the local community, utilizing the features of television broadcast and the Internet.;SOLUTION: In a local community in which actual communication is possible, a local community network system 10 is constructed by connecting via the Internet: member terminals 20 held by members registered to the local community; a local community server 30; and a digital television 40 which is installed in a specific facility such as a company, a public facility, a commercial facility.
