PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and accurately collect company transfer information.;SOLUTION: When transfer information collection device (transfer information collection server 10) determines that the use situation of a telephone number indicates change in a subscriber number, the device acquires the telephone number of a transfer destination based on a transfer destination guidance, and performs site retrieval via an IP network 30 or retrieves a telephone book database disclosed on the Internet, with the acquired telephone number of the transfer destination as a key, generating transfer information including at least the address of the transfer destination from the information obtained in the case of hitting in either retrieval.
