PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a psychological state evaluation device and a psychological state evaluation method precisely evaluating a psychological state. PSOLUTION: The psychological state evaluation device S is provided with: a physiological response measurement part 1 and a physiological response data processing part 2 for measuring two or more pieces of physiological information among first physiological information on the autonomic nervous system of a user LV, second physiological information on the central nervous system of the user LV, and third physiological information on the endocrine immune system of the user LV; and a psychological state evaluation part 3 which evaluates the psychological state of the user LV on the basis of the two or more pieces of physiological information measured by the measurement parts 1 and 2.
