PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image correction processing device, capable of correcting blurriness that a user feels when the user watches a moving image taken in which a disappearance point of a radial optical flow is not in a central point of an image.SOLUTION: An image correction processing device includes a motion vector acquisition part 52 to acquire a motion vector for each block of a taken image divided into a plurality of blocks; a linear function calculation part 54 to calculate a line which passes a representative point of a reference point when detecting the motion vector, and has the same gradient as the motion vector of the block for each block; a disappearance point calculation part 56 to calculate a position of a disappearance point of a radial optical flow in the taken image by selecting at least two blocks of the calculated lines with different gradients and obtaining an intersection point of the lines of the selected blocks; and a central position correction part 58 to correct the taken image so that the disappearance point meets the central point of the taken image.
