PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging position compensation optical system and the like capable of compensating fluctuation in imaging position by a compact and simple configuration dispensing with a feedback system.;SOLUTION: The imaging position compensation optical system for compensating fluctuation in imaging position includes: a plurality of optical elements disposed along an optical axis of the imaging position compensation optical system; and a plurality of support members for supporting the plurality of optical elements respectively. The optical element includes an optical plane having a shape plane-symmetric to a symmetry plane including the optical axis of the imaging position compensation optical system and a symmetry axis perpendicular to the optical axis. The relative positions of the plurality of optical elements are changed along the symmetry axis by volume changes in the support members so as to compensate the fluctuation in the imaging position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
