PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified and miniaturized transcranial magnetic stimulator which is a repetitive transcranial stimulator for effectively administering transcranial stimulation therapy and enables a subject to daily undertake transcranial stimulation therapy iteratively at the office of his/her doctor or his/her home.SOLUTION: The transcranial magnetic stimulator includes a head fixing tool fixed to cover the head of the subject and engage with an intrinsic head shape of the subject by preparing a fixing means for fixing a magnetic field generator detachably and holds a relative position of the magnetic field generator to the head of the subject in such a way that the maximum density point of a current induced by the magnetic field generator is constantly placed within a target spot with a diameter equal to or smaller than 10 mm within the head, different from each other, and the direction of the magnetic field generated by the magnetic field generator bears a constant relation to the direction of the target spot.
