PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic printing device and the like which enable a plurality of users to easily participate in editing of an image taken by the photographic printing device.SOLUTION: A photographic printing device 1 comprises: an image editing processing unit 131 which receives user's operation for editing an image, edits the image according to the received operations, and displays the edited image; a non-contact type IC (integrated circuit) reader/writer unit 36 which reads out feature information of a portable terminal 100 from a non-contact type IC of the portable terminal 100; and a communication control unit 15. The communication control unit 15 comprises: an image conversion unit 153 which converts the image to be transmitted to the portable terminal 100 on the basis of the feature information of the portable terminal 100; and an image transmission processing unit 152 which transmits the image being edited by the image editing processing unit 131 to the portable terminal 100 at least either at predetermined intervals or at timing when the image is updated by editing processing by the image editing processing unit 131.
