PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that rework occurs to reduce the efficiency when a work section is subdivided according as a plant construction plan is progressed.SOLUTION: A plant construction process generation support system 10 for supporting generation of a plant construction process and a plant building construction process includes: device specification holding means 22; building information holding means 21; crane specification holding means 23; carrying-in route generation means 14 which calculates a route through which a device is to be carried into one of work sections while avoiding interference; and construction process assignment means 13 which, when acquiring an outline building construction process, assigns temporary work period information to each work section of which the interference with the crane and the device should be avoided during crane's carrying in the device, and when the building construction process is updated, assigns detailed work period information to each work section.
