PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an alkaline niobate-based piezoelectric material in which various piezoelectric characteristics are well-balanced and an individual piezoelectric characteristic is excellent.;SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an alkaline niobate-based piezoelectric material includes: a mixing step s11 of mixing a raw material for a compound which serves as the piezoelectric material with a solvent; a temporary burning step s13 of temporarily burning the mixture of the compound and the solvent at a prescribed temperature lower than a sintering temperature; a molding step s15 of molding the mixture added with a binder into a prescribed shape after the temporary burning step; and a sintering step s17 of sintering the molded product obtained in the molding step in an oxygen atmosphere.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
