PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a proper feature point position correction so as to determine a desired feature point position, even when accuracy of a feature point position candidate detected is low due to high speed execution of processing or the like.;SOLUTION: A feature point position determination device for determining multiple feature point positions from image data includes: feature point position candidate determination means for obtaining a candidate position of a feature point; reliability determination means for determining reliability of the feature point position candidate obtained by the feature point position candidate determination means; and feature point position correction means for correcting a result presented by the feature point position candidate determination means on the basis of a prescribed correction condition.
