PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that repeated calculation frequencies become huge, a holding posture cannot be interactively generated, and a holding posture which cannot be reproduced may be generated since a hand posture is made to be in a lower dimension in block in a conventional holding posture generation technique.;SOLUTION: A holding posture generation device includes: a storage part 11 which stores a database 20 regarding postures of hands, and fingers; an input part 12 to which the shape of an object is input; a holding posture generation part 13 which generates a holding posture in a state that the object is held on the basis of the input shape of the object; and an output part 14 which outputs the holding posture generated in the holding posture generation part 13. A holding posture is generated by a holding posture classified into the database 20, and indexed by actual measurement, and the respective angles of the respective fingers associated with the holding posture.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
