P To provide a thin paper cutting mechanism equipped with a blade ON a spiral curve rotary angle and the structure of the blade. PSOLUTION: A rotatable bottom cutter wheel is arranged ON a base. In the bottom cutter wheel and each of bottom cutter wheel straight line type blades is arranged at mutually prescribed intervals ON a peripheral surface. A cutter frame is arranged at a position near the bottom cutter wheel. An axis declination angle is provided between the cutter frame and the bottom cutter wheel. The blade is connected to a cutter frame structural surface of the cutter frame, the blade is extended from one edge of the cutter frame to an opposite edge of the cutter frame along a major axis direction of the cutter frame and is extended and formed by a spiral direction ON the cutter frame structural surface of the cutter frame. An included angle of a blade axis and a bottom cutter wheel outer circle cutting line performs a non-linear multiple angle change according to a change of a cutting position.
